My Nutrition Adviser is a team of professionals that advised and helped many individuals so far.

Weight loss
Weight loss is nowadays in high demand due to the lifestyle we have - no time for proper cooking and meals, processed and junk food, lack of knowledge about food (proteins, carbs, fats, calories,…), lack of physical activity, not paying any attention to the food we consume…)
Pregnancy support
We have also advised and helped many pregnant and breastfeeding women to fulfil daily nutrition and energy needs.
Kids
It is important as well to set healthy habits with kids already from the very beginning (when babies start with solid food). This is the period when the taste and preferences set ground and it will have a big impact on the future child’s eating habits. Certain food is best to be avoided from early beginning. Especially as nowadays we notice many kids are overweight or obese and it is their parents’ responsibility to prevent this.
We offer full support and personalised daily meal plans for your child, including dishes that kids like the most and as well recipes of healthy sweets.
Medical conditions
We can also provide individual meal plans for people with certain medical conditions, such as: insulin resistance, hypertension, psoriasis, gastritis, anaemia, Hashimoto, helicobacter pylori, candida, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, arthritis, etc.

During the first consultation, we will discuss all above and set together realistic goals.
After this, you will receive:
Detailed instructions about the meal plan
morning detox
meal schedule (minimum 4 meals per day with specific intervals)
minimum daily liquid intake (water, tea, freshly squeezed juices dissolved in water)
Meal plan for 2 weeks
defined meal portions with recipes for all the dishes on your meal plan
how to act in case of increased physical activity, energy drop, stressful situations
a list of products to avoid (processed food etc.)
instructions on how to stay on track while on holidays or business travel
Weekly follow-up (progress evaluation)
